Q. Can I create a “Taylor Made” basket?
A. Absolutely! Our designers have put our collections together to represent some of the most popular themes and selections; in many cases they fit the bill perfectly. However, if you would like to make substitutions, additions or even start from scratch to create something more suited to your recipient and/or occasion, please call and a designer will be more than happy to work with you to create the perfect “Taylor Made” gift!

Q. How does my gift arrive?
A. All of our gifts are shipped via UPS. Taylor Made for You ships anywhere in the continental United States via UPS Ground Service. Upon request, we can arrange for expedited shipping. If you would like this option, let us know and we will call you with a quote. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or internationally at this time. We can also arrange for hand delivery in the greater Richmond, Virginia area. Hand delivery is available for a minimum charge of $20.00 Hand delivery to local hospitals is available for a charge of $10.00. Please note that we cannot ship or deliver gifts to P.O. Box addresses.

Q. When will my gift arrive?
A. We make every effort to get your gift ready for next day shipping. Please reference the UPS chart for transit times on items shipped. UPS does not deliver on weekends or on federal holidays.

Q. How late can I place an order for shipping?
A. Orders placed before 2PM EST will be shipped that business day. Orders placed after 2PM EST will be processed for the next business day. (For example, an order placed on Monday at 1:30 PM EST will be shipped out on Monday. An order placed at 4:15PM EST on Monday will be shipped out on Tuesday.)

Q. Does the cost of the gift include delivery/shipping?
A. No. Delivery and shipping charges are in addition to the gift cost. UPS shipping charges listed are for ground shipping and are based on the cost of the gift as follows:

$1.00 - $50.00 = $10.00 shipping
$50.01 - $75.00 = $12.50 shipping
$75.01 - $100.00 = $15.00 shipping
$100.01+ = Shipping is quoted at time of order

Q. How much is extra-fast shipping?
A. If you would like expedited shipping, please note your preference in the delivery instructions box on the order and we will call you with a price quote, or please phone us at 804-897-8965 or Toll-free 888-612-GIFT.

Q. How much does it cost to use the local delivery service offered by Taylor Made For You, Inc. instead of UPS?
A. Hand delivery to residential and business addresses is available for a minimum cost of $20. Hand deliveries to local Richmond area hospitals are $10. Areas where hand delivery is available are listed below. Please note, all deliveries to businesses are delivered by 5PM unless otherwise specified. Deliveries to residential addresses are delivered by 7PM. Orders placed before 3PM EST will be delivered the following business day. Orders placed after 3PM EST will be processed for the next business day after that. (For example, an order placed on Monday at 2:30 PM EST will be delivered or shipped on Tuesday. An order placed at 4:15PM EST on Monday will be delivered or shipped on Wednesday.) Local area Saturday deliveries are available for an additional charge if order is placed before 2PM on Friday, please call for a price quote.

For hand delivery in the Richmond, Virginia area, the cost is a minimum of $20.

Q. What if I need my gift delivered more quickly?
A. Same day delivery is available for local deliveries only. Please call to place your same day delivery order and the delivery charge for this service will be quoted to you at the time your order is placed. Same day delivery orders need to be placed by 12PM EST.

Q. Can I ship a gift to someone in the hospital?
A. We hand deliver to all Richmond area hospitals (Chippenham, Johnston-Willis, Retreat, Henrico Doctor’s Forest Campus, Henrico Doctor’s Parham Campus, MCV/VCU Health Systems, Memorial Regional, Richmond Community, St. Francis, St. Mary’s). For a hospital hand delivery, the delivery charge is $10. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to hospitals outside the greater Richmond, Virginia area via UPS. Often, by the time the package is received and delivered within the hospital, the patient has been discharged and gone home. As always, we will be happy to ship the gift to a home or business address.

Q. What if I give you the wrong address?
A. Please be careful when submitting information. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses provided. However, we can redeliver your gifts to the correct address for an additional delivery charge.

Q. Do you carry wine?
A. Yes, we do! We carry a wide variety of wines, including Virginia wines. Click here to view our complete wine list.

Q. Can I order a gift with wine to ship out of state?
A. Yes, you can! However, the conditions of our license to sell wine and beer prevent us from shipping alcohol to certain states. For all wine deliveries, a signature of an adult 21 years or older is required. Click here for a list of states we can ship wine to.

Q. Which credit cards do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Q. What if items in my basket are out-of-stock?
A. Due to availability and supply limitations, Taylor Made For You, Inc. reserves the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value.

Q. Do you have a showroom where I can view your baskets and products?
A. Yes, our showroom is open to the public and we love visitors! Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM. During the Christmas season we are also open on Saturdays (please check back for specific dates). Our showroom if fully stocked with all the products we use in our gift baskets including Virginia products, gourmet foods, wine, gift products and so much more. You may select from our pre-made baskets that are wrapped and ready to go, or you may work with one of our designers to create your own customized, one of a kind creation!
