Taylor Made for You is delighted that you have chosen us for your gift giving needs. We want to make your gift shopping as easy as possible. We offer shipping options for any gift you order from us.

Taylor Made for You ships gift baskets via United Parcel Service (UPS). We strive to ship our orders within 24 hours of receipt, provided that full payment has been received and verified. Orders placed before 2PM EST will be shipped that business day. Orders placed after 2PM EST will be shipped the next business day. (For example, an order placed on Monday at 1:30PM EST will be shipped on Monday. An order placed at 4:15PM EST on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday.) We can also schedule your gift to arrive at a later date if you wish. During holiday rush times, and for multiple basket orders, additional time may be required for shipping/delivery.

Please be sure to provide us with a complete and correct street address. UPS does not accept P.O. Box addresses and they charge a minimum of $5.00 for address corrections.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are in addition to the gift cost.

Standard shipping will be UPS Ground within the continental USA (we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or internationally at this time). Shipping charges are calculated based on the total cost of the order per shipping address. Please use the following chart to determine your shipping charges:

$1.00 - $50.00 = $10.00 shipping
$50.01 - $75.00 = $12.50 shipping
$75.01 - $100.00 = $15.00 shipping
$100.01+ = Shipping is quoted at time of order

SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES

UPS shipping times are based on commercial locations. Residential deliveries or shipments to rural areas may take longer. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
We do not guarantee the delivery performance of any carrier, however, we will be glad to assist in the tracking of packages that are not received in a timely manner.

Rush delivery is available. The charges will vary depending on your special needs. Please call us for Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3-Day Select UPS shipping charges.

LOCAL HAND DELIVERY

Hand delivery to residential and business addresses is available for a minimum cost of $20. Hand deliveries to local Richmond area hospitals are $10. Areas where hand delivery is available are listed below. Orders placed before 2PM EST will be delivered the following business day. Orders placed after 2PM EST will be processed for the next business day after that. (For example, an order placed on Monday at 1:30 PM EST will be delivered on Tuesday. An order placed at 4:15PM EST on Monday will be delivered on Wednesday.) We will also schedule hand deliveries for later dates to meet your needs. Local area Saturday deliveries are available for an additional charge if order is placed before 2PM EST on Friday, please call for a price quote. Delays may occur during peak holiday times.

For hand delivery in the Richmond, Virginia area, the cost is a minimum of $20. We offer hand delivery to the following zip codes:

Delivery Time
All local deliveries to business addresses will arrive by 5PM. Residential addresses will be delivered by 7PM.

Time Sensitive
If you need your order delivered to a local address by a certain time, please contact us with details so we may set up the on demand hand delivery with our courier service.

Hospitals
We hand deliver to all Richmond, Virginia area hospitals (Chippenham, Johnston-Willis, Retreat, Memorial Regional, MCV/VCU Health Systems, Henrico Doctor’s Forest Campus, Henrico Doctor’s Parham Campus, St. Mary’s, St. Francis and Richmond Community).

We are unable to ship gifts to hospitals outside the greater Richmond, Virginia via UPS. By the time the package is received and delivered within the hospital, often times the patient has been discharged. As always, we will be happy to ship the gift to a home or business address.

Wrong Address
Please be careful when submitting information. We cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses provided. However, we can redeliver your gifts to the correct address for an additional delivery charge.
